These versatile weights can be used either with a bar or on their own using the ergonomically designed handles, which allow you to safely perform a huge number of weight plate exercises. Ranging from 1.25kg to 20kg they can be used to build weight sets for all abilities and are available in either 1” standard bar or 2” Olympic bar sizes.
